General Surgery Job in Western Minnesota

Full-time General Surgeon needed to join a growing team. Surgeons with interest in or training with anti-reflex procedures, such as Lynx or Bravo studies, are highly welcome.

The Practice:

• Join a team of 3 full-time surgeons
• Established practice includes general, colorectal, laparoscopic, breast, wound care, endoscopy and colonoscopy services
• Interest in or training with anti-reflex procedures highly desired
• Trauma level 3 hospital
• Call is1:4
• Referral base draws from 7 clinics, and a primary service area supporting a population of 101,000
• 2-year partnership track

• 6 weeks of time off per year
• Sign-on bonus & relocation reimbursement
• Paid professional dues, licensing, and professional memberships
• CME allowance
• Guaranteed annual salary with opportunity for additional income based on production hours worked
• 10% annual employer contributions into 401K plan; fully vested to the employee at the time the employee is eligible to participate in the plan
