Obstetrics & Gynecology Locum Tenens Opportunity in Colorado

Join a dynamic OB/GYN team in Colorado for a rewarding locum tenens opportunity. Provide comprehensive care in a supportive environment with a balanced schedule and state-of-the-art resources.

Practice Setting:

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient care with a focus on comprehensive OB/GYN services.
• Onsite resources include a lab, ultrasound performed by techs, and a full support staff with 1:1 MA coverage.
• Collaborate with a team of 5 OB/GYNs and 3.5 mid-levels.

Schedule:

• Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• 24-hour call from 7 a.m. Sunday to 7 a.m. Monday, with low weekday call-back rates.
• Assignment available ASAP through August 2025, with no back-to-back 24-hour shifts.

Procedures and Cases:

• Handle a diverse caseload: low risk pregnancy (40%), high risk pregnancy (30%), and C-sections (30%).
• Perform routine and complicated deliveries, including VBACs and repair of 3rd & 4th-degree lacerations.
• Office and surgical gynecology procedures include IUD insertions, cystoscopy, colposcopy, and laparoscopic surgeries.

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology with active Colorado or Interstate Medical License.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NRP.
• Minimum of 36 months of experience.
