• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Weekends, Days, No call
• Need 14 days per month
• 15 patients per day, 6 admissions per day
• Responsibilities will include direct patient care, involvement in unit operations etc
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
