• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, Weekend call
• ACLS needed & ideal candidate must have at least 3 yrs of experience in urology
• 30 patients per day, mix of geriatric (50%) and adult (50%)
• Must be able to work independently but also in collaboration with interdepartmental peers
• Credentialing not needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
