Locums Chattanooga, Tennessee, Critical Care Medicine JobClinical Role:

- Start Date: ASAP/as soon as credentialed (aiming for 11/1/24)
- Shift times: 7a-7p; 7a-5p
- Schedule: 7a-7p: 7 days (M-F 7a-7p: Morning Rounds only Sat & Sun); 7a - 5p: 7 days (M-F 7a-5p; Sat & Sun 7a-7p)
- Monday-Sunday
- Nov 4-10
- Nov 18-24, rotating every other week for 7 days into 2025
- No Call
- Days Needed/Month: 14
- Setting: ICU
- Duties: Responsibilities will include direct patient care, involvement in unit operations and leading daily multidisciplinary rounds. The successful candidate will have a genuine desire to be part of a collaborative, quality driven team with a commitment to providing evidence-based care to the patients we serve
- MD or DO degree
- Ability to obtain an active medical license in state of Tennessee
- Required Procedures :
  - Intubation
  - Vent Management
  - ICU Bronchoscopy
  - Dialysis Catheters
  - Chest Tubes
  - Thoracentesis
  - Paracentesis
  - Central Lines
  - Arterial Lines
  - Managing rapid responses and codes
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: Daytime critical care nurse navigator
- Reason for Coverage: staff shortage
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Required
- Active TN License Required
- DEA, ACLS Required
