EMR System:EPIC

Nursery Level III

Patients Daily: 5-8

NO Clinic coverage, NO Circumcision.

Cases: Triage, emergent GYN (only) and 1-2 deliveries per day.

Miscellaneous: There is FPOB's and Family practice Residents.

REQUIRED:

IN State license; active, unrestricted.

Board certified OBGYN.

DEA, BLS List all current certifications on presentation.

Covid Vaccination status.

100 deliveries in the past 24 months.

25 GYN cases in past 12 months.

SCHEDULE:

Duration: assigned until Feb 2025.

HOSPITAL CALL - 24-HR SHIFTS 7a-7a.

COMPENSATION:

Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.).

Malpractice Insurance Provided.

Credentialing: Approximately 60 days minimum.
