• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Call, Weekend call, 24-hour shifts
• ACLS required and provider must be within 30 minutes to take call
• 5 - 10 patients per day
• Bread & butter GS with scopes preferred
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
