We are seeking dedicated Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) physicians to join our team for the following dates in Burley, ID:

November 4th: 7 AM - 6 PM (30 min lunch)

November 6th: 7 AM - 6 PM (30 min lunch)

November 7th: 7 AM - 6 PM (30 min lunch)

December 26th: 7 AM - 6 PM (30 min lunch)

December 30th: 7 AM - 6 PM (30 min lunch)

Location: DOT Foods Family Healthcare

Requirements:

BLS certification through AHA

DOT certification preferred
