• Procedures:Physiatrist,PAPE/H & P, Stroke, Amputations, Discharge Summary/Med Rec, Clinical Staffing/Care Plan Meetings, Weekly Care Plan Documentation, Pre-Admission Screening Review & Documentation per CMS Guidelines, Prescribing Narcotics, Daily Patient Face to Face Acute Consultations as necessary, Insurance Peer-to-Peers as necessary

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible: Board Certified
• Certifications: BLS
• Licensure: Active Michigan
