- Full-Time need 7a-7p & 7p-7a
- Need an FTE - 120 hours per month
- 24 hours of physician coverage, 12-hour shifts
- 10 hours of APP coverage daily
- Annual ED Volume: 20k
- Admission rate: 12%
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- 27-28 Patients Per Shift
- 11 Beds in Facility
- IM, FP Accepted
- EM trained does not require ATLS, ACLS & PALS, however, Primary Care trained physician will need these
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Active OK License
- ACLS, ATLS, PALS Required
- EMR: MediTech
