- 1012-night shifts (5p-6a) per month needed
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- Admissions Required
- 17-23 Patients Per Shift
- 15 Beds in Facility
- Board Certified Required
- Active WI License or IMLC Accepted
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS Required
- Trauma Level III
- EMR: Epic
