Job Description
HEADLINE: Wayne, New Jersey (northern, very desirable area, about 40 minutes to Manhattan): Two Pulmonary Medicine/Critical Care physicians are needed to join a busy single-specialty group of three. They currently have three PAs and two NPs. BE/BC in Sleep Medicine is desirable but is not a requirement. The call schedule will be every 1:4 or 1:5 nights. Mixture of outpatient and inpatient. Admit to a fully accredited community hospital. This is a hospital employed opportunity. The starting base salary range will be from $300,000 to $375,000. They are also offering a production incentive and a generous full fringe benefits package.

PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY:
• Located in northern New Jersey, two Board
Eligible/Board Certified
Pulmonary/Critical Care physicians
are needed to join a busy group of
three
Pulmonary/CC physicians.
• They
currently have three Physician Assistants and two Nurse Practitioners.
•
The call schedule will be every 1:4 or 1:5 nights. The new pulmonologist(s)
will be part of a call coverage group.
• Board Eligible/Board
Certified in Sleep Medicine is desirable but is not a requirement.
• These two excellent
opportunities are due to growth and expansion.
• This is a hospital
employed opportunity.
• There will be a
mixture of both outpatient and inpatient duties.
• Work
schedule: It will be a full time position, from Monday through Friday, and 40-plus hours per week.
• There is no running
around. The office and hospital are only five minutes from each other.
• They admit to a
top-notch fully accredited community hospital representing 60 medical specialties. It has a service area extending to 33
communities.
• Availability: Pulmonology/Critical Care
fellows who will be completing their fellowship training during 2024 and 2025, plus Pulmonary/CC physicians who are already in practice with prior work experience are all welcome
to apply. They will all be strongly considered.
FINANCIAL COMPENSATION
PACKAGE:
• As previously mentioned, this is a
hospital-employed opportunity.
• The starting base salary range will be from $300,000 to
$375,000.
