• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• PALS required
• Up to 20 GI and ENT cases per day, 4 - 8 OR cases per day
• General and ENT required and the ability to perform regional would be a plus but not required
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
