Job Description
Locums Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, Hematology/Oncology OpeningClinical Role:

- Start between 9/16-9/23
- Ongoing Need
- We need someone for 4 days a week, 7:30 am to 4pm or 8am to 4:30 pm
- Need to cover calls 1 day a week
- Two weekends for the 3 months coverage, 10/25, 11/29. If we get a locum from September 16, weekend coverage will be needed for 9/20
- Looking for a provider who can confirm 6 mo coverage minimum on a regular basis. Full time need M-F 8a-5p on a regular basis. Will need to take call (schedule TBD) 1:4
- 10-20 Patients Per Shift
- Admissions Required
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- Assigned/Unassigned Patients
- 15 Minutes call response time required
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Required
- Active PA License
- ABLS Required
- EMR: Epic
