A non-profit healthcare organization in the Boston, Massachusetts, area is seeking to hire a Family Medicine physician who is passionate about providing quality care to the geriatric population. The Physician will be part of the PACE Interdisciplinary Team and will be involved in caring for high-risk older adults living in the community, with a strong focus on the participants' goals, as well as providing excellent geriatric care management.

About the opportunity:

• Mainly outpatient with occasional nursing homes
• Monday through Friday, 8 am-4 pm
• Average daily patient census is approximately 8-13
• We provide complete and highly personalized care to help seniors live independently, safely, and comfortably in their homes for as long as possible
• We deliver team-based care that includes physicians, nurses, occupational and physical therapists, social workers, behavioral health specialists, and CNAs,
• Market rate salary plus full benefits, including health, dental, vision insurance, generous PTO, and retirement plan
