Acute Care Hospital
Support staff: 3 APPs in UC/obs unit, either an APP or resident in the FBC, APP in each ED (MC and WL)
Coverage Type: Scheduled M-F, 8-5, No call
EMR/Charting Software: EMR, tele psych may be considered
Avg. Daily Census: average group size is 6 pts, UC average 10-20
Patient Age Group: UC: 5+ age, if under the age of 16 and need observation/FBC, will go to a different facility apart from this one.

REQUIRED:

NC state license
DEA
BLC
Board Certified Preferred
Must be okay seeing children but not CA boarded. Comfort triaging children and adolescents.

COMPENSATION:

Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
Malpractice insurance provided.
Client will cover travel needs.
