Opportunity Highlights

• Hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
• See 18-24 patients daily in an outpatient-only setting
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus

Recruitment Package

• Salary Range is $230k-$300k. Salary depends on location, years of experience, and volume. Employer does an annual performance evaluation with a yearly pay increase of up to 7%.
• Employer pays 100% of medical/dental/vision insurance for employee and family, 401K retirement plan with 4% match, CME time and allowance, eligible for NHSC loan repayment (HRSA PCP score 17), paid license and DEA renewal, malpractice insurance, 3 weeks paid vacation, 6 sick days, 9 holidays per year, J1 visa waiver support, and much more
