Schedule:

• Full-time M-F (7 - 5 pm), plus on-call.
• Start September 19th
• September 19 - 22, October 7 - 18 & November 26 - 29 with the option to extend
• 6 months to start
• Temp privileging

Practice:

• Inpatient & outpatient work
• 4 patients currently post open heart, 15 total since January
• Support staff: APPs
• anesthesiologists on staff, and full CVOR support
• Charting: Epic/Dragon

Requirements:

• Must have active MI license and DEA
• Must have 75 case logs in the past 12 months

Cases & Procedures:

• Bread & butter
  • CABGs
  • Post open hearts

Travel and Accommodations:

• Air, Rental, and Lodging coordinated and covered
