• Willing to wait for license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• Days can be flexible and can consider someone for 3 or 4 days per week
• Approximately 18 - 20 patients per day, must see all ages
• Standard primary care office procedures required and DOT certification would be a plus
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
