• Role: Hematologist/Oncologist Locum
• Start Date: December 1, 2024
• Schedule: Full-time or two providers (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off), scheduled clinic hours plus call
• Setting: Mix of inpatient & outpatient
• Call: Night & weekend, beeper system, 1:2 ratio, <5% call back, phone consults
• Patient Population: Predominantly adult
• Cases: Standard, occasional level 3 trauma
• Support Staff: 5 RNs, 3 MAs, 2 APPs, 4 office staff
• Charting: Epic
• Credentialing: ~90 days

Requirements:

• Board Certified
• Washington Licensed
