• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
• Full-time position
• 1:7 call (phone only)
• Located off-site of main hospital; facility equipped with basic laboratory services/basic procedures
• OB-optional position if candidate desires
• Must be comfortable with All Ages
• EMR EPIC
• Will need or be willing to obtain IN license, DEA, BLS, ACLS, covid vaccination
