DESCRIPTION:

• Clinic coverage Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
• Call is 7 days out of the month
• Avg daily patients: 30
• Start Date: 1/1/2025
• Provider is expected to work in clinic and be on call (included in regular hourly rate) then they will be on night call (night call rate would apply and CB rate would apply if called in).

REQUIRED:

• OR state license; active, unrestricted.
• Board certified Urology.

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
