- 7a - 7p shifts
- Support Staff: CRNAs
- Patients per day: 50 - 60
- Department Description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day this will not be a locum
- EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
- Hospital Bed size: 11 ORs in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center
- Special Procedures: Locums do not medically direct CRNAs
- Trauma Level I Experience Preferred
- Practice Setting:
- Hospital
- Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Required
- ACLS, PALS Required
- Active AZ License Required or IMLC
