Practice Opportunity: Outpatient Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Tampa Suburbs
Join our established outpatient Ob/Gyn practice located in the suburbs of Tampa. We are currently seeking a new physician to join our team as one of our current Ob/Gyns prepares for retirement. The practice also includes two Women’s Health Nurse Practitioners.

This position offers a balanced work schedule with a typical five-day week, during which physicians see an average of 18-20 patients per day. Our practice focuses exclusively on outpatient care, meaning there are no deliveries or OB call. GYN surgeries average 35-45 per year, both minor and major cases. The caseload consists of approximately 60% obstetrics and 40% gynecology.

You will be based in one fully equipped office, which is ready to accommodate an additional physician. We have an established patient base and utilize an electronic medical records (EMR) system. Currently, there are no plans for our Ob/Gyns to work from multiple office locations. Our clientele consists of a mix of Medicaid and private/commercial insurance.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: 250,000 - 280,000, commensurate with experience, negotiable
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including a production incentive
• Time Off: 4 weeks of paid time off (PTO), plus 1 week for continuing medical education (CME)
• Holidays: 10 paid holidays
• Loan Repayment: $35,000 per year toward medical school loan repayment
• Insurance: Occurrence malpractice insurance provided

• Relocation: Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance negotiable
