Responsibilities
The Infectious Disease Physician will be responsible for:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
• Manage and oversee patient care, ensuring continuity and quality of care for all patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Participate in practice management and development activities, including partnership responsibilities
• Stay current with medical advancements and continuing education to provide the best possible care

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York
• Board eligible / certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
