We have a client searching for a provider available for locum tenens while they search for a permanent candidate, or a provider available for locums to perm.  Details of the assignment are as follows:

- Start/End Date: ASAP - until perm hires completed
- Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day:  12-14
- Documentation System/EMR:  Epic 
- Patient Age Demographic:  Adult
