A health center in Brooklyn is looking for a Primary Care Physician to be its sole provider in helping develop and expand the site.

About the Opportunity

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
• Hours: 9-5 pm standard hours
• Setting: Outpatient
• Patient Population: Adults (16+)

Responsibilities:

The Primary Care Physician will:

• Provide primary care services to patients 16+
• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions
• Help build out the new primary care site

Qualifications:

• Current unrestricted NYS medical license
• Unrestricted DEA certificate, Infection Control and Basic Life Support certifications
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (MD or DO)
