Locums State College, Pennsylvania, Gastroenterology Opening

- Looking for a physician who can work three consecutive weeks a month opposite of our current part-time physician and aligns with the inpatient coverage commitment. The part time physician is off while the locums works. This two weeks consists of hospital and after hours office call, inpatient consults and procedures, and clinic time. Outpatient endo procedures = ~ 15/day
- Inpatient/Outpatient Setting
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- Procedures: Colonoscopies, EGDs
- ERCP and EUS is a stretch goal
- Anesthesia is present
- Phone Consults: 4
- Assigned/Unassigned Patients
- Board Certified Required
- Active PA License Preferred
- BLS Required
- Trauma Level II
- EMR: Cerner and MediTech
- Call Response Time Required: 15 minutes
- Average # of phone consults: 4 - 8
