LOCUM POSITION DETAILS

• Rate: Travel covered + High hourly rate with clean malpractice.
• Availability need: 24-hr (combined clinic + HOTEL call) shifts. Ongoing.
• Call/Type: Full-Scope. Back up to Family Practice. Back up available to Hospitalist. NICU Level III.

REQUIRED:

• WA state license; active, unrestricted, considering IMLC (LOQ in-hand).
• Board Certified Obstetrics & Gynecology; Board Eligible (2-5 years post training).
• DEA
• Delivery volume over the last 2 years.
• Updated CV (with MM/YY; all gaps over 30-days explained)
• 4+ shifts per month of availability (weekdays + weekends).

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.

SCHEDULE:

• 24-hour. 14 shifts per block (**preference)
