Locums Clive, Iowa, ENT OpeningClinical Role:
    • ASAP Ongoing
    • Patient Contact and Clinic Hours: 8a-5p Monday - Friday
    • 1 stellar candidate needed to cover 1 week per month (with some weekend coverage)
    • On Call: 2 to 3 days a week with weekend coverage when at ENT
    • Weekend Required
    • EMR: Allscripts/Cerner
    • Inpatient Responsibilities
    • Responsibilities: Patient care both in clinic and procedure areas; call coverage responsibilities
    • Number of Physicians: 5
    • Number of Advanced Practice Providers: 1 with no supervision of APP expected
    • Nursing Support/Physician Nurse Ratio: 1/1
    • Ancillary per provider: 1.8
    • Services/Procedures offered in the practice: Adult and Pediatric comprehensive ENT patient procedures
    • Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 24
    • Appointment length: 10 minute appointment types
    • Patient Demography: Adult/Pediatric
    • Board Certified/Board Eligible Required
    • Must be Fellowship Trained Required
    • Active IA License Required
