About the Position:

We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join a practice dedicated to quality psychiatric services in Johnson City and Gray, TN. It is our mission to deliver exceptional care and promote mental health advocacy for all patients. This position has opportunities available for general psychiatry or medical director roles if desired. 

Practice Setting:

• Leading provider of behavioral health services in the region
• Specializing in mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities
  • Initial appointments: 40 minutes; follow-ups: 20 minutes
  • Team includes 1 DO, 14 NPs, and over 200 therapists
• Mainly outpatient setting with the potential for a hybrid schedule

Compensation and Benefits:

• Negotiable annual base salary based on experience
