Compensation: Compensation is based on years of experience but is negotiable. Additional incentive offered such as relocation assistance and loan repayment, as well as RVU production bonuses.
Benefits: Physicians are offered a health insurance plan for themselves and spouse at no cost, with a minimum of 27 hours worked.Additional Benefits:-License Reimbursement: Physicians are entitled to reimbursement of fees for Georgia and DEA licensure and one approved professional association.-Malpractice and Tail covered through the FTCA-Tax Credit: Physicians/Dentist receive a $5000 tax credit per year for five years for full-time work in a rural area. All GMH locations qualify for the credit.-CME: $2000, $4000 on year 3 of employment-PTO: 1st year of contract 20 days, 2nd year of contract 24 days, 3rd year of contract 28 days-Extended Illness Bank: Available under certain circumstances for those whose illness extends beyond three (3) workdays. 1.54 hours accrued per hour worked over 27 hours/week. -Paid holidays-403b retirement plan-Discount Plans: GMH employees are eligible for several discount plans such as Verizon Wireless and AT&T Wireless.
Additional Info: Seeking a mission-driven candidate, within our organization. Our providers work to the limit of their training due to patients often being underserved or underinsured. DETAILS:-Full-time psychiatry role providing medication management through initial engagement and assessment, while also maintaining continuity of care through intermittent follow-ups. -Schedule for initial appointments are given up to 1 hour and 20 minutes for follow-ups-Fully supported clinical setting supported by LCSW, Psych NPs, and Psychologist staff-Providers work 4-day weeks, 9-hour days, with 4 hours of admin time. Potential for telehealth work, with an established patient panel, 2-3 days a week.-Flexibility in schedule, prioritizing family events and obligationsQUALIFICATIONS:-Must be willing to provide a mix of both medication management and therapy -Must be well-rounded in their practice, practicing to the full limits of their license -New grads are welcome to apply!
