Cardiovascular Surgery Opportunity in Appleton, WI

We are seeking a Cardiovascular Surgeon to join an established heart program. With seven hospitals feeding our main hub on the shore of Lake Michigan, we provide award winning quality heart care across Wisconsin.Connect with us today to learn more!

Practice Setting:

• Join a 350-bed Level IV tertiary care facility, with 30 dedicated cardiovascular beds
• State-of-the-art facilities, including 2 dedicated Cardiac ORs, 1 Hybrid OR, and Da Vinci robotic technology
• Support from full-time APPs, experienced locums, surgical PAs, and dedicated cardiac anesthesiologists
• Average volume of 250+ cases annually, focusing on CABG and valve replacements, with experienced leadership and Milwaukee-based group support

Schedule:

• 1:3 department calls
  • Standard weekly schedule with flexibility for work-life balance
  • Additional pay for taking more than 8 weekday (5p - 7a) shifts, and 1 weekend (5p - 7a) shifts

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed salary of $900,000 for the first two years, with a signing bonus and retention bonuses available in subsequent years
