Overview:

We're seeking a passionate FPOB to join our established practice, serving a diverse patient population across 62 counties in Texas. We offer a supportive environment where you can provide high-quality, personalized care to patients of all ages.

Practice Highlights:

• Provide a full spectrum of services, from preventative care to complex conditions, for pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Work in a well-equipped setting featuring a 12-exam room clinic, 2 procedure rooms, an onsite lab, and private office space

Physician Schedule:

• 4.5-day schedule with a dedicated half-day for administrative tasks
• See an average of 20-22 patients daily
• Contribute to pediatric care by averaging 6-7 call days per month, including well-baby visits, occasional deliveries, and inpatient rounding.
  • Take one full weekend call per month

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual base salary between $250,000 and $300,000 based on experience 
  • Opportunity to increase earnings through wRVU production (potential to reach over $400,000)
