Position Details:

• 12hr shifts for weekdays and 8hr shifts for weekends, 2 weekends per month expected.
• 1.0 FTE is preferred, open to considering part time
• Typical rotating schedule for 1.0 FTE:
  • Week 1: 3 12s and 2 8s
  • Week 2: 2 12s
  • Week 3: 3 12s and 2 8s
  • Week 4: 2 12s
• Anticipated to see around 30-32 patients per day
• 2 clinic locations available (you will only be at one, not bouncing between)
• Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine trained and boarded physicians are welcome to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive compensation within the Seattle market, featuring a guaranteed base salary of $275,000 augmented by a production structure that allows you to directly control your income (anticipated income of ~$352,000 annually)
• $25,000 commencement bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance
