• Beeper call from home is 1 weekend per month and 10 weekday night calls per month
• Education/technology allowance (cell phone, iPad, laptop, OR shoes, and stethoscope)
• $5k CME/dues allowance; all licenses and dues paid
• Signing bonus of $50k with a 2-year commitment
