We are seeking a full-time Urologist to join our not-for-profit hospital right off the Gulf Coast. We offer a multitude of resources to optimize patient care and efficiency, as well as a flexible schedule with no weekend requirements.

Requirements:

• Board-certified or truly board-eligible Urologist
• Those in training, freshly new graduates, and experienced physicians are welcome
• US citizens, green cards, H1B & J1 Visa candidates are encouraged to apply

Schedule:

• 4 or 4.5 day work week (no weekends)
• Clinic: Monday - Thursday, 8 AM-5 PM, Fridays are flexible, 8 AM-12 PM
  • Heavy procedure volume available
• OR: Blocked 2.5 days per week in our Urology Suite
• Light rotation and low call volume

Practice Details:

• Ancillary services include ultrasound, bladder scanner, microscopes, and UAS
• Full-service lab onsite
• 4 Urologists and 3 APPs
• Support includes nurses, RNs, LPNs, and NSTs

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary year one up to $700,000, plus wRVU production on top
• Practice transition bonus of $75,000 (signing bonus)
