Compensation (BOE): $200,000-$222,000

Primary Responsibilities and Key Duties:

• Provide primary medical care to patients of all ages.
• Serve as core faculty for family medicine residency program.
• Manage ambulatory Family Medicine practice, ensuring productivity standards.
• Promote patient satisfaction, considering environmental, social, and cultural factors.
• Contribute to Quality Improvement activities and practice evidence-based, cost-effective care.
• Implement preventative health schedules for continuity of care.
• Stay clinically competent with regular Continuing Medical Education.
• Maintain liaison with Partner Hospitals' medical staff and take calls for patients.
• Educate and train medical professionals, supervise residents, and oversee curriculum areas.
• Participate in program and curriculum quality improvement, collaborating with faculty.
• Prioritize personal and residents' wellness.
• Complete quality improvement and scholarly activity for accreditation requirements.
• Join the faculty of the Department of Family Medicine.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an Accredited Medical School
• Current IL State License, Controlled Substance License, and DEA Registration
• Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
