Private practice in Northern New Jersey with easy and quick access to NYC seeks a Family Medicine provider that has experience / desire to work in an Open Access Primary Care setting. Providers at this practice maintain a Primary Care patient panel and also see some walk-ins. Must be willing to works some nights and a few weekend shifts. This is a well established group that is continuing to grow.

Offices are open seven days per week from 8a - 10p.  Robust benefits package including paid insurance, retirement and healthcare spending or reimbursement accounts.   Physician run practice. .  They describe their practice type as "Open Access Primary Care". They do a wide range of things including Primary Care, Occ Med, and Sports Med. They have scheduled patient appointments but also accept walk-ins. Looking for candidates that are really focused on patient care..  Minimum base salary of $260k with it being higher for experienced physicians. Negotiable salary..  Student Loan repayment of up to $125k over 5 years. .  Stock option after 2 years.  Typically do 2 days per week, 2 nights per week, and 2 weekend days a month but are flexible on the schedule. 30-40 hours per week total..  Start at 2 patients per hour and work up to 3 over time.
