Requirements:

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatrics
• Licensed in Texas

Practice Details:

• Join a team of 1 Pediatrician and 2 NPs
  • 3 exam rooms, private office, dedicated MA
  • Practice operations managed, including billing, collections, insurance rate negotiation, and office staff
  • EMR, in-house allergy techs, and in-house X-Ray available
• Enjoy autonomy in your schedule by setting your hours and managing patient limits
• Referral network for pediatric specialists available

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary of $200,000 guaranteed base plus production
  • Providers can expect to make $600k annually or more with a patient load of ~50 per day
• Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000
• Sign-on bonus between $10,000-$15,000
• Full comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401k with 5% match
