- Call Schedule: Typically every 5-6 weeks | Opportunity to earn additional $30,000

- Compensation: Earning potential above $324.5K annually (Negotiable based on experience)

- Additional Info: - Seeking a psychiatrist to help with both inpatient and outpatient care.- Full range of care for adults, adolescents, and children with mental health or substance abuse issues. Also, remote on-call coverage as needed.- Option to act as collaborator for an additional $5,000 per personESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:- Provides initial psychiatric diagnoses and assessments in emergency and non-emergency situations in both acute care and sub-acute care situations.- Provides medication management and other treatment interventions to clients and patients directly.- Provides coaching, instructions, and direction to allied professional and paraprofessional staff and leads clinical team meetings.- Consult with general medical professionals regarding the psychiatric condition of their patients.- Provides professional services to hospitalized patients
