• Clinic setting: Hospital.
• 18 outpatients/20 inpatient scopes per day
• Support staff: 2 physicians, 2 APPs, all services onsite at hospital.
• Onsite lab
• Onsite X-ray
• EMR: Cerner

REQUIRED:

• Board Certified - Required
• ACLS - Required
• Active MI license & CSR at time of submission -Required no exceptions.
• Clean background with no actions (minimummalpractice is OK)-Required
• All candidates should have prior experience (completed Fellowship with minimum of 2-3 years of experience)-Required no exceptions.
• **COVID Vaccine Now Required at time of Name Clear**
