Job Description
One of the largest, most advanced & financially successful hospital systems located in a beautiful riverfront community in Central Illinois, is looking to add an Inpatient Psychiatrist. This top-level group serves a 300,000-population region and boasts exceptional physician satisfaction and a high retention rate.
Practice Details
- 7 on 7 off inpatient
- Will cover two separate 12 beds units, 1 Adult and 1 Geri
- Work alongside an NP
- Average daily census of 15
- Day shifts but also have limited evening backup phone call
- 300K base with 30K sign-on and 30K a year in quality metrics
- Employed with full benefits
- Need due to current physician moving to full-time outpatient opening
