Endocrinologist Needed in Chicago Northwest Suburbs. A Chicago-based Endocrinology practice has been serving the Chicago Northwest suburban community for more than 40 years.

Opportunity Profile:

• Main office Arlington Heights
• Looking for an endocrinologist (board-eligible or board-certified) to replace a retiring endocrinologist
• H1B visa okay but not J-1
• 100% adult endocrinology practice.
• 5 full-time & one part-time endocrinologist, collegial atmosphere with frequent case discussions

Compensation/Benefits:

• Base starting salary + Productivity bonus
• Practice will pay for relocation expenses
• Health insurance for employees & family
• Malpractice insurance with tail
• Retirement plan, including 401k, fully funded by the practice
• 5-day office hours with about 7-7.5 hours a day of the patient schedule
• No weekend office hours
• On-call one week in 5
• Cover surrounding hospitals while on call (only as endocrine consultants; they do NOT admit patients)
• Reduced or no office hours while on-call
• 3 weeks of vacation per year
• One week of CME time and covered expenses for one CME per year
• Partnership track within 3 years

• Located in the northwest Chicago suburbs
• Arlington Heights is known forthe former Arlington Park Race Track, home of the Arlington Million, a Breeders' Cup qualifying event; it also hosted the Breeders' Cup World Thoroughbred Championships in 2002.
