Practice Setting:

• Dedicated workspace with 3 exam rooms and an optional procedure room
• 2:1 RN-to-Physician ratio and a full suite of on-site diagnostic services, including CT, X-RAY, DEXA Scan, and a lab staffed by 8 professionals

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary ranging from $225K to $275K, plus production bonuses
