A rural clinic in the near lakes region of New Hampshire is in need of a Medical Director.

Opportunity Details

• Oversee staff at 25-bed rural non-profit critical access hospital and rural health center
• Responsible for managing 10 Primary Care Physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers
• Work will be done in partnership with an administrative director of the practices
• 10 hours weekly leadership time. 24 hours clinical and 6 clinical support time
• Total outpatient with an infrequent call by phone only
• EPIC EMR
• Strong payor mix
• Base salary plus incentives

• $3k for CME

• Resort community close to lakes and mountains
• Small quaint town with a year-round population of fewer than 5000 people
