Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call

Office/Clinic Outpatient

98% Adult, 2% PEDS (not required to see PEDS)

6 total rooms; 3 exam, 3 procedure

Hospital based Surgery days; Mon & Thurs; 7:30-17:00 days/times may vary

EMR: Allscripts & Meditech

REQUIRED:

CA state license; active, unrestricted & DEA

Fluoroscopy license

Board Certified or Eligible

BLS & ACLS
