Total Number of FTEs needed? 2

Root cause for opening req: 2 full time core team members transferred to other programs

EMR: EPIC

Coverage Dates (Specific, long term only): June-Ongoing

Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 24hr shifts. Looking for 5-6 SPM

Expected patients per day: 10-12

Support Staff: In house Anesthesia

Trauma Level: II

NICU Level: Level III

Miscellaneous Information: Hospitalist Required to Perform Circumcisions

Hospitalist Needed for First Assist

First Assist Available to Hospitalist

Will not back up midwives

Will not back up a family practice

Backup available to hospitalist

Board Certified Required: must be BC

Active State License Required? Active lic required before Presentation

CSR/DEA Requirements (State or Client): Active DEA

REQUIRED:

NY state license; active, unrestricted

Board certified OBGYN

MUST have at least 100 minimum deliveries in last 24 months (case logs will be req'd for privs)

COMPENSATION:

Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)

Malpractice insurance provided
