Job Summary
The Physician Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to to patients. This role involves conducting patient rounds, assessing patient conditions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily patient rounds to assess patient conditions and progress.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with the physician.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and social workers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications
- Licensed and certified Physician Assistant in the state of Indiana
- Experience in Pulmonology or Cardiology is a must
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
