Nurse Practitioner West Des Moines, IA
We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in West Des Moines, IA. We are looking for a provider who can join us on either a part-time basis or full-time basis providing direct patient care. Our ideal Nurse Practitioner is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients with a wide variety of health and wellness goals. Job duties include utilizing Regen med and hormone replacement therapy. Duties:

Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
Order and review tests/labs
Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
Manage patient care to include HRT and regen medicine
Treatments to include trigger point injections and DME (back and knee braces)
Documentation and progress notes
Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
NP license in IA
Experience with regen medicine and HRT a plus
Ability to work autonomously is a must

Schedule:

Part time or Full time (M-F)

Compensation:

$65-75 per hour (DOE) plus potential bonus compensation
